GUARANTEE
Deep South Aviaries offers a standard 72 hour vet check guarantee on all weaned birds. As per this guarantee, the buyer must have the bird examined by a certified avian veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. All expenses for said examination shall be incurred by the buyer. Deep South Aviaries shall in no way be liable for vet charges incurred. Deep South Aviaries guarantees all birds to be free of viral disease and discovery of such shall entitle the buyer to a conspecific replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any bird found to be harboring bacteria and/or parasites shall be treated for such at the expense of Deep South Aviaries and returned to the buyer. Deep South Aviaries shall incur only the cost of treatment for bacterial an/or parasitic infections. No refunds or replacements will be offered for treatable bacterial/parasitic infections.
No guarantees, refunds or replacements are offered on unweaned baby birds.
No visitors are allowed at our breeding facility. Breeding birds require privacy. We do not operate a retail facility. Deep South Aviaries is a wholesale breeding farm. We will be happy to make arrangements for delivery or shipping.
